The system consists of standard components that are easily assembled with common tools and can be adapted to solve different transport tasks.
Carryline has continued the development of its stainless steel conveyor system, which has been well received in the market. Within the past year, Carryline AB has delivered conveyor systems with stainless steel conveyors to dairies in Sweden and Poland as well as to packaging line facilities in Norway and producers of whisky and ketchup in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The conveyors can be supplied in chain widths of 62mm, 83mm, 140mm, and 220mm, and special customer-specific widths such as 400mm can also be provided. The conveyors are supplied as standard with plastic chains, but as an alternative to the 83mm chain, a stainless steel chain can also be supplied.
One of Carryline’s strengths within the stainless steel program is that it is manufactured and assembled in our own workshop. he plastic chains are molded in Carryline’s own plastic machines and assembled, curves are rolled in our profile rollers, etc. This gives us flexibility in our range of solutions, so we can easily adapt to the customer’s wishes and needs. In addition, we have control over the delivery time, which is one of Carryline’s core values.
